Shrirang comes with a strong background in financial services and training. His 25 years of experience in financial services spans investment banking, private equity, leasing and NBFC. He is an expert in equipment lease financing and India's first Certified Lease Finance Professional (CLFP) from the US. He is the Founder and CEO of Origa Markets, one of the leading lease financing companies in India.

He has been a trainer, coach and a visiting faculty for various esteemed colleges, associations for last 20 years. He is an international speaker on the subject of leasing. He is associated with TiE and other incubators for nurturing and grooming startups and late-stage companies. A lot of BFSI, sales and leadership courses at STIFEM are developed and built by him.

Ashish brings over 27 years of diverse experience in Business and Human Resources across professionally managed and owner-driven organisations. His leadership tenure of 17+ years spans CoE, Business HR, Strategic HR, and Group HR Head roles, managing diverse workforces across Auto & Farm, Cables, Technical Textiles, Auto Components, and Logistics industries.

A BE (Mech) and ME (Industrial Engineering) graduate with a PGCHRM from XLRI, he is also a certified Assessor for Competency-Based Assessment Centres from XLRI, Jamshedpur. At STIFEM, Ashish brings the full arc of HR leadership — from organisational design and policy frameworks to talent management and capability building — turning decades of boardroom HR practice into structured, immediately applicable learning.

Kedar Deshpande brings 21 years of hands-on NBFC and MSME lending experience from boardrooms where credit, product, and growth decisions are made. A Chartered Accountant and IIM Ahmedabad (MDP) alumnus, he began at CRISIL in 2005, building a financial risk model used to rate 1,500+ SMEs. He later headed the Product function and built a lending vertical at Reliance Commercial Finance and spent the last eight years as a founding leader at Profectus Capital.

His Sales training is rooted in practice: scalable origination, durable relationships, and deals that withstand credit scrutiny. In Product Management, he teaches the full lifecycle, from PRDs and pricing to portfolio monitoring. In Leadership, he draws from his experience in cross-functional execution, P&L ownership, annual budgeting, monthly variance reviews, and 500+ hours of training for campus hires, and senior Sales, Credit, and Product leaders. Every framework that he teaches has already been tested on a live balance sheet, not a slide.
