1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at stifem.com or by enrolling in any training programme offered by STIFEM — Shrirang Tambe Institute of Finance, Entrepreneurship and Management ("STIFEM", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

STIFEM provides corporate training programmes, executive education, and consulting in the fields of finance, entrepreneurship, and management. Specific programme details, schedules, fees, and deliverables are communicated during the enrolment process and/or through a separate agreement or proposal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme or service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of any significant changes.

3. Enrolment and Fees

• Programme fees are as communicated in the programme brochure or proposal and are payable as specified at the time of enrolment.
• Fees are quoted on a per-person basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or a signed agreement for corporate clients).
• GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law and will be specified on the invoice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by participant: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund less any processing fees. Cancellations within 14 days of the programme are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future batch.
• Cancellation by STIFEM: If we cancel a programme for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and programme designs — is the intellectual property of STIFEM or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from STIFEM.

Programme materials provided to participants are for personal learning use only and may not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes without authorisation.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants in STIFEM programmes agree to:

• Engage respectfully with trainers, faculty, and fellow participants.
• Not record sessions (audio, video, or screen capture) without explicit written consent.
• Not share confidential business information disclosed by other participants outside the programme context.
• Comply with any specific code of conduct communicated for a programme.

STIFEM reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund for serious breach of conduct.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. STIFEM does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Programme outcomes depend on individual effort and application of learning; STIFEM does not guarantee specific business results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STIFEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.
